Alia Abou-Assali

Alia Abou-Assali came to Apollo Ship Chandlers in 2010 with over twenty years of experience in Purchasing and Logistics. In her current role of Vice President Purchasing and Logistics, Alia oversees the functions of the Purchasing Department for all Food, Beverage, Consumables and Hotel areas. She also oversees the Logistics areas for all containers and shipments for the various ships and warehouses.

Prior to Apollo, Alia worked for Silversea Cruises for fourteen years, where she served as the Director of Purchasing. Before Silversea, Alia worked with Royal Caribbean in Hotel Purchasing, and with Fraser Maritime Services.

Alia has an MBA from Florida Atlantic University.
